Matt, I'd love to know how Jims small bump merits the need for a new bumper?

I have a lot of experience in this and know what it takes for a bumper to need replaced after a bump

and it would need alot more force than he hit you...

Or is it because you'd already damaged it yourself and thought you'd try get Jim to foot your bill too??

As Jim has said, gonna need photo's

etc of the damage he caused and not the damage that was already there.

I originally agreed to pay for 1/2 of matts 2nd hand bumper. But as far as I'm aware he bought a bumper which was the wrong colour, then wanted money to paint it the right colour?
