Shock Absorbers/coilovers (which One's)

I'm looking to get some shocks/coilovers for my car and have been looking at koni's, can anyone tell me if these are any good, or are there better makes out there.

I would prefer tein's but they only do coilovers and not just shocks, are the coilovers worth the extra few quid, even though I don't want to take the car lower, being height ajustable I take it I can leave the car the same height it is now without going any lower

also will the koni's, or any other make fit the phase 2, as on the net they say they fit 99-2003 cars, but i'm sure when I had my tein springs they said 99 onwards on the box, will they still fit my car.

Anyone know if there is a aftermarket manifold for the phase 1 1ltr, that I can modify to fit my car

thanks

If I were you I'd go for the coilovers! The Koni's are good and will probably fit your car but for a wee bit extra money I'd go for the coilovers! Suprisingly enough coilovers don't give that harsh a ride, well mine don't!
