Have tried fuel injector cleaner, cleaned out fuel lines, changed fuel filter, replaced cam belt, replaced ecu and replaced sensors on fuel pump. Non of these have worked, still drives fine from cold but after about eight miles the fault re-occurs and code (14) appears on the ecu again.

I have a similar problem, in the process of trying to resolve it, lucida 94 runs fine from cold until you stop. when you restart after say 20 minutes engine noise and warning light, code (14) as well. (Replaced fuel filter) I will be investigating further over the next few day (possibly injection pump pressure.)
