Engine Head Bolt Torque Wrench Settings

Hi All. My dad own a Toyoya Master Ace Surf, and he has just had a head failure. We have just been and got a 2nd hand one from the local scrapyard, but we don't know what the Torque Wrench Setting is for doing the head bolts back up. And also what is the right order for doing up the bolts? Can anyone please help us with this info? Best Regards...
