hi we have been tryingto find one but apperently haynes didnt make such a manual for the celica st202,..there is how ever an american version but we have been informed that the american wont match our uk car,..can anyone help

Yeah i looked for the Haynes manual and they never produced one for it, don't know why, both the cars i have they never produced one.

anyway yeah there is an American company called Chilton that produced a manual for the American market, i have a copy, i suppose it is helpful for a few things, but not had any major problems to really look at the manual, but the guy i bought it off, he used to service his car and do most of the work and he told me the manual was very useful.

i just got a chiltons - just as good as a haynes imo. its not hardback tho, which anoyed me.

thanks guys,..yer the shop we went to had some on orded but got told that they wouldnt do for our uk celica as the book was for the american market.

Cant see a 3S-GE or 3S-GTE engine option in the engine bit. I think the States Gen 6 may have been the 2.2 litre jobbie.

ah right, maybe they didnt get the GE in the states in the gen 6 then.

I use the yank chiltons and haynes manuals for my gen 5, despite most over there being the ST (3s-FE, 2.0) GT (5s-FE, 2.2) and alltrac (3s-GTE) it still covers the 3s-GE (rev2). maybe they were sold over there in the gen 5 but in small numbers.
