Down On Power

I'm sure my gt4 is down on power. The boost is still rising properly, till above the max mark but it just doesnt seem as fast.

Is it because I'm getting used to it and need more power, or could something actually be wrong.

Nothing seems wrong though, it just frustrates me, I hope I haven't started on the long expensive path!

Richie mate. You started on a long expensive path the moment you bought the four.

Could be your getting used to the power. Try driving an 1100cc escort for a couple of days, that`ll cure it. Has it been serviced recently?

Yes it was serviced, with new magnacor leads, decent plugs, dizzy cap etc. New cam cover gaskets.

Was told by Clive Attowe in Norwich, it was one of the best gt4 engines he'd seen in a long time. So hopefully it hasn't degraded at all, and its just me :D

Easy way to tell, get it on the rollers. Or get someone who you took for a ride when you first got it to see what they think.
