Swivle Seats On Hiace Regius

Hiya Everyone,

Anyone out there know how to make the Hiace Regius (1998 model) front seats swivel? I can't for the life of me figure out how to do it!

For whats it worth, I figured out today how to do it.... the drivers seat's backrest needs to be pushed right forward, the thing like that looks like starter for a petrol lawmower or chainsaw needs to be pulled out, then the seat swivels. The passenger seats just needs to have the starter thing pulled out, then you have to wiggle a bit.....
