Will G6r Dial Into A 98sr

hi there, ive changed the bulbs in my dials and switches to blue they look great at night but boring during the day, so ive been looking for some white dials for my 1998 SR, but cant find any and after reading afew threads on here have decided to go with the g6r dials and maybe change all my switches to red, but i want to know do the g6r dials fit straight in or will i need to mod the wiring in some way, also has any one got any of the g6r dials for sale or know where i can get some. cheers, gadge

i think the best bet is to go to the scrappy to be honest.

got my G6 dials recently from this guy on eBay who was breaking a G6, most of the stuff were gone tho (ie the grill, gear stick/box) by the time i got to him but i did managed to get the dials!

as if i cant find any1 braking any corollas i need either the g6 inteior or a SE door card

if you want i could give you the email address of that guy i got my G6 dials from? i know that the most of the stuff were gone but not so sure about the interior tho, it was a black G6 so im guessing the interior of that is what you are looking for. mind you the picture of that G6 is pertty smashed up so im not sure what state they are going to be in.

but.....

2/if i'm lucky enough to find aset will they fit straight into my 1998 SR?

im gonna have to get back to you on that one as the item is sent to my home home, and not where im currently stayin at!

im hoping it would be a straight forward job, will keep you posted! it wil be a while tho (possibley July!)

to be honest i dont see why the dials shouldn't fit your SR providing that it is from a G6R.

they would fit as i got mine done! all wiering are the same, so its pretty much plug and play!!
