Dunlops are hard therefore long lasting but give alwful grip, Toyo's can be got and fitted for £130 for a full set

'Awful grip' hardly. I have no 2 dunlops and i haven't slid at all

Lets face it any tyre that is road legal is going to be suitable and provide grip.

Toyo's require warming up to reach optimal grip and will wear quickly.

£110 ain't a bad quote to say it's MrT. You'll struggle to better that really. The SP9000's are a good tyre, but not as good as the competition. I thought they were brilliant until I tried another... currently on BF Goodrich G-Force Profilers and they're fantatsic. Where I got wheel-spin on the dunlops I have none and I havn't had any loss of grip in bends and wet grip is very much improved. They're lasting well at the minute too. About a fiver cheaper than the dunlops too.

Toyo's are cheaper still and will offer the same performance but are of a slightly softer compound.
