TVR to close

With a Russian owner, I can see TVR being built by old Skoda employees.

Can't see the build quality improving ..

They've just layed of 70 staff (300 total) this week.

I've known this for some time now, as i have a friend who works for TVR (blackpool).

I think there cutting down on production to about 2 cars a week now (or summat stupid like that) :unsure:

Anyways he's looking for a new job.

So the future doesnt look very promising for our beloved'ed TVR's i'm afraid :crybaby:

Not a fan of TVR myself. But it`s a shame for those losing their livelyhoods. :(

Yep and you should see my local job center :yes: !

First it was Rover and now it's Peugot ....... give it time and Jag will be going too :( !

The Midlands has definitely suffered a lot recently with car redundancys.... :unsure:
