lift up your bonnet and look at the silver plate on the bulk head, in the bottom left corner it will have a code. that is your paint code

Order from toyota quoting the "PZ" number from the pic above.

Don't trust the mongs at Helfrauds or else you'll be painting it Mondeo Grey.

In fact, what's in the pic is what you want from your local Mr T. Not even worth bothering with Halfords.

It's what they call a "touch up set" as can be seen in the photo. I just asked them for "thunder grey" and it cost me £4.95 which is enough paint and laquer for a zillion stone chips!

its stainless, so it wont be pitted, just needs some elbow greese :)

 Cheers earpl for that! But whats the best thing to get it back to it original gleeeming state and whys it happened? While i'm asking my cars making a funny noise ,when on full lock left or right it sounds like a swoossing sound from the wheels and when i turn tight for a corner its not catching anything,16" are on and not lowered.

 Cheers

Maybe a split CV boot, does it make a knocking/clunking noise?

 The noise is like the pads against the disk, and comes when i turn on full lock or go round corners fast. Also the pitting on my Blitz some thing i can feel on the surface,is there any polish for metals i can use?

A swooshing sound is your Power Steering pump... when you put full lock on it's just the pump reaching the end at dispelling any excess pressure.

If it's when going round corners then it could be anything... most likely a suspension top-mount as they went on mine and that was when going around corners quickly (speed-bumps cause this!! :ffs: )

For your Blitz... it won't be pitted as it's stainless, it'll just have a bit of tarnish, tar and maybe a scratch... best way to deal with it is to give it a good wash and scrub with a decent brush, then use tar-removal stuff, then wash again using some elbow grease to clean it properly and finally use any metal polish, although I hear autoglyms is very good.
