New Engine Required For Celica

Just bought a Y reg Celica, 1.8. Vtti, due to a lack of oil, the 'bottom end' has gone. How much am i looking at for a re-con or new engine?

the same happened to my gen 5 engine,big ends cooked. i tried a few sites online,and eventually got an engine that hade done 38k, plus u can haggle with them and get some money off.

I also cooked my engine and after bying my first engine that then failed on its first turn of the key from some crap on line website, I went to Fensports and bought my second engine ...22000 miles on the clock and she is still going strong.

My advice......................... go to Fensports, they know what they are talking about and are very helpful.
