Just a bit of general feedback gleamed from reading on the forum - all generalised of course but you get the idea

Product:

Recent perceived quality drop - esp in Avensis

'rattles' becoming a Toyota characteristic

No real performance car in the range

Buying:

Poor pre delivery work

Lack of knowledge

After sales niggles

Offer us Supaguard once - if we say no drop it

Offer APR's that compete with the High St

Service:

JDM cars frowned upon

Extortionate labour rates

Poor valeting

Just a few thoughts anyway - you get the idea, basically - bring back the Supra, fix the rattles and don't charge us £3 to put washer fluid in the already full reservoir !

BTW - I'm actually quite a fan there is a lot of plus points as well.
