Hey all!, just fitted a 12inch fli trap sub to my standard headunit and after some earthing problems its made given the whole system tht much needed deep bass, but now im in a quandry as to what to do next, im thinking of a custom exhaust honda civic type r style i feel would suit the car, then lowering and tints or wheels?? What are everyones views on this as currently im just bouncing ideas around!

I reckon uprate the front Speakers and new HU to balance the sound better! Also you got some pictures of this sub fitted as considering it or the 10" version depending on space they take up etc. I'm umming and arring about buying some pioneer emotions for up front to run off my uprated HU! They quite expensive over standard Speakers but wana stay pioneer and they pretty much best platform i can afford to build rest on! But yeah get piccys up mate :D

A lot more expensive though and less compact for their punch! (from the ones i seen either diddy ones running like 8" cones or huge subs with amps in as box that would take up whole boot)

Also i like how the FLI sub has same carpet as boot

yes its true, once u start u cant stop, i modified my mitsubishi colt and spent around £1500 on it, and stopped, nw on my yaris and so far spent around £4000 on it! its crazy. dunno wot i've spent it on.

what i think you should do next is lower the car more, i personally like to start with exterior then move into ice and then interior.

its all upto u really and how much cash u have u have to spend. i literally spend every single penny on my car, its really addictive

Thats the plan, has anyone got any experience of the "pi" lowering springs as there are several on eBay for bout £100, exhaust tomro, well assuming i booked it for this wed n not next wed haha! im in two minds about wot to go for tho, i was thinkin of a twin but iv not seen any pictures of it , so all opions welcome on wot i go for, a more obvious duplex exhaust probably twin ovals or the more subtle twin tailpipe

look for something a bit better than pi, they may tend to sag over time

also depends how much you have to spend

tein springs are probably the best you can get but they are about £150 but worth it
