My Hilux Has A Sunroof

My 1990 mk3 2.4d has a sunroof (leaking badly) that is branded as Toymota but I didnt think that they came with them as stock??

Mine is leaking and needs either fixing or replacing :censor:

they definatly dont come with sunroofs as stock, but i wouldnt mind one in mine, although if it is leaking then thats bit of a pisser.wonder how much it costs to get one fitted?

Kits come up on eBay quite regularly, they are available in a few standard sizes. I will look out for a new kit in the same size as mine.

i have a 1989 and i think mine is standard too, no leaks on mine though!

There is a sunroof on my husbands, but we thought it was because it is an import

My 1999 2.4 TD KingCab (Import) has a sunroof, I think it's an optional extra, however, the seal is degrading which means it conveniently leaks on me! dripping on my nose as i drive along, aswell as the passenger! I am still looking for a replacement seal, but this seams to be a harder task than i thought it would be!

yep my 96 ssr-g is fitted with a sunroof ( and it does'nt leak :D ) any toyota dealer should be able to obtain a seal for you, the dealer in cheltenham is excelent for obtaining parts for imports usually only 2 day wait.
