96 Uk To Jdm Spoiler Conversion

Has anyone here had their 96 or onwards UK spoilers converted to the JDM style? I'd much prefer the JDM style - the UK one looks more detached from the body..

With JDM setup, can also get the GT4 raiser blocks for a more extreme look.

erm... i think you mean the two legged pre facelift spoiler and the after facelift three legged spoiler as shown..

There were both available on JDM and UK.

So what i guess you mean is converting facelift to pre-facelift?

Yes i've done that, piece of cake

two of the bolts match up between both spoilers, you will have to drill a further 4 holes and patch up the holes where the central 3rd leg was. I just put an sticker over the centre hole on my car

Yes Leeky, that's exactly what I meant mate

Thanks for the info on how to install - I guess it's not too big of a job. Hoping to get one of those nice big Jap spoilers at some stage!! Like:

This is mine, taken at JapShow @ Santapod 2004 i think. That particular shot was me up against the RK Tuning R32 which at that moment was running about 800bhp if i remember correctly.

Has long since gone, had lots and lots of cars since including another st205 and two supras.

I miss my Castrol GT4 :crybaby:
