Mental Weather

Did anyone else experience Glasgows's mental thunder and lightning show last night? I had to pull over for 2 hours as was stuck on a round about with a huge puddle infront of me (new induction kit puts it near the ground) :o

I'm sure I saw lightning strike the council offices in Hamilton - it was great lightning - just like in the movies!

We actually had a powercut for a while and strangely enough it was still roasting!

We had a lovely night here (25 miles or so from Glasgow) and an absolute scorcher today.. wits aw ra fuss aboot??? ;)

Summer storms are great, especially when it gets all steamy when the rain hits roasting concrete and steams up.... my cats dont like them, but I think they're amazing, just the science that goes into it all. I love them... so long as they dont hit me!
