Li batteries are definately the way to go.....

BUT Li=BIG BUX at the mo.

Fingers crossed the cost of the conversion comes down.

It would also be cool if the overnight charge was achieved with renewable energy such as the roof mounted wind turbines that are becomming more avaliable.

I read last year in Daily Telegraph that American conversions give 300 MPG and is cheaper at around 4000 dollars???
