got the tein coilovers fitted today :D .

Lowered to:

F: 45mm

B: 55mm :yes:

Ride's sweet m8. Much smoother than I expected. Obviously it is bumpier than standard but the handlin is awesome. Totally transforms the yaris.

How big are yer wheels?

I'm also probably being a bit dippy here but do you need jack the car up to change the ride height of the Teins!?

Was thinkin some 16's with low profile tyres might be cool for looks.

But I like the way the car handles on the 15's to be honest.

how do u measure how much u lower? i want some 15" as well..

lol take an educated guess :lol:

looks great tim. deffo need bigger wheels tho. and u have to slam it to the floor at some point :D

I think you measure from the start of the thread up the bottom of the spring where the adjuster is. Thats 45mm and 55mm on the back on mine ;)

Looking really nice Tim. You'll find that unless you pay a lot the 16s will be a fair bit heavier and take the edge off the performance.

But - lookswise 16s are the way forward. My plans are to eventually find a really lightweight set of 15s to use on track etc and keep my 16 multispokes for shows etc ...ah its all down to money at the end of the day isnt it!?
