As the title really...

Me & a few others are planning on joining in on next years Nürburgring trip - if we're welcome.

Just wondered how much to save for :unsure:

(a bit early i know :lol:)

Have a search, I posted up details of the cost on the 2005 trip ..

I think I was close to £300 in Petrol, ferry and hotel was about £150, Food was about £30 a night, drinks were about £100 a night (whoopsie). then add in wear&tear.

Yeah, that's probably about right tbh... Ken got us fantastic deals on the (excellent) hotel and for the ferries. I think that most folk spent more on fuel than anything else.

Be warned though, should you crash the cost can increases hugely...

the nur trip this year cost me about £800 and i didnt get to go, it all depends on how much work your car needs manily

spent around 600odd quid on the actual trip, probably more but i darnt tot it up! :lol:

and spent over a grand getting the car ready!

PMLS @ Ben's pic - thats probably about right mate.

Yeah i'm working to get the car ready for the trip - new brakes all round, strip & clean the engine, with new seals, gaskets & hoses. just for peace of mind - it can take abuse i ran a 13.8s 1/4 mile at santa pod in march :thumbsup:

id best start saving now then :lol:

it cost me all together from start to finish nearly 1000 pfunds. but that catered for me and our gert.

And loads of ale.

Also no one plans on crashing but it happens.
