e12 is the design name that toyota gave the corolla, all corollas made from 2002-onwards(including facelift model) have the design code E12

I think there was a Badge within the passenger side door sill where it will give you details of your car, like should lots of numbers and show you the E12

If that helps

Probably just glue, but dont take that as gospel. My e111 was just glue, neighbours thought I had gone mad and was trying to dry the car with a hairdryer after washing it! Watch not scratch the paint work underneath if using any sharp tools to get the most off. Top tip is to heat the Badge to start anyway

on a serious note...

just remember to write down what car you have first. once you de-badge it, you might forget, and no-one else will be able to tell! :D

you cant just peel it off, you will need to heat the badges, this is where a hair dryer comes handy for a MAN, lol :P you will need the hair dryer to heat up the badges so it makes the sticky stuff moist, then u will need something to slowly pick the badges off whilst still using the hair dryer to heat the badges off, you cant use ur hands bcos itll burn you fingers like hell. i took off my Colour collection Badge off and that took me about 10- 15mins too take off, then i applied some t cut to get rid of the sitcky stuff and dirt. hope that helped and good luck

the pictures below show the bfor and after of the de-badging, sorry it isnt clear, but i didnt really know how to use my cam then and u can also see i was fitting my spoiler on.

I took the T3 Badge off mine; just heated it up with a hairdryer, and then a great way to remove it is to get some dental floss, slide it behind the glue and use a sawing action to remove it. Then use something like Autoglym Intensive Tar Remover to get rid of the rest of the gunk, before giving it a good polish and wax to finish it off.
