PM CFC1 for tyre sizes, but nothing beats Toyos

Front tyres = 205/45x16

rear tyres = 225/45x16

These are the sizes that would keep the same (or as close as you will get) rolling radius as the standard sizes.

As for tyre brands.. we are all different, and all our cars are different, so it becomes a personal choice... but judging from these forums (not just the MR2 section) most people seem to prefer the Toyo's followed closely by the Goodyear Eagle GSD3's (thats the F1's) I have never used the BF Goodridge but i know for a fact that they are one of the best tyres going for the 4x4 vehicles, and are a leading brand the world over... if i'm right, Earl has/had BF Goodridge tyres on his 2.. maybe worth asking him how they were/are for him.

Wheel and tyre sizes has got to be one of the most exhausted threads now!

Doing a quick search first would help most people... failing which, try this web site (again)... .: Clicky :.

It has necessary conversion tools to work out tyre sizes, and what width tyre each width rim can take... and so on and so forth...
