aceparts_uk on eBay do 30mm 'red hot' led festoon bulbs, I bought a blue one from them

and had very efficient service with wrong size returns etc! :D

(such great service in fact that I ended up with 2 bulbs! shame there is no boot light

to put it in..)

Its not as bright as the original yellow but looks ok.

What I'm doing, is replacing all interior bulbs with nice colours.... well only 2 colours...

The boot light will be red and the interior/personal lights will be blue.

I've already done the blue ones... just boot to go.

Those who have changed the dash lights, are they easy? Do you just need LED's that run off a 12V Supply (or with a resistor on them set for 12V supply)? Did you guys use superbright LEDs? Any piccies of it done?

Cheers in advance

O also is their anyway of making my digi dash light red? :D

I guess the easiest way is to get a thin bit a red acrylic or some sort of red film .... pop to your local craft shop and see what they do
