Does anyone know how easy it is to replace the rear (after the CAT) 02 sensor on a 1.0 1999 yaris? Or does anyone have a haynes manual handy to have a look for me?

many thanks in advance!

Easy easy mate....

Unscrew it with an open-ended spanner (14mm i think) then trace it's wiring back up the exhaust and disconnect it. (it connects near the manifold if i remember right) then grab your new one, wire it in, plug it in and screw it back on.

Just remember notto touch the sensor or try cleaning it with anything as this will render it a pointless swap!

Its a doddle matey. You'll need a 22mm spanner to do the job. Remove the EFi fuse from under the bonnet whilst doing this as it clears the ECU fault code memory but dont 4get to refit it once finished or engine wont start!
