That Clunk Drives Me Mad.

Hi all lm new to the board and to the rav4, lve just bought a 3 door, lve had a good look through the forum and found that a lot of owners seem to have the same niggling problems, trim rattle, rear door rattle, and that horrible clunk from the rear, on a positive note lm very impressed with the rav4, fuel economy and performance are outstanding. l can live with the rattles but that clunk has to go, can anyone tell me what the part is called that needs replacing? l know what it looks like, is this part only available from toyota dealers? ls an uprated part available?

It's the Rubber Bushings (4 if I remember) that hold the rear Differential in place. I have no idea if uprated ones are available :(

I cured the rear door rattle by removing the carrier, inserting carrier screws one turn then pushed in on the screw slightly seperating the bolt hole from the door skin and spraying WD40 in around the hole.

I was one happy fella :D
