Is there anything i can do to make my TTE exhuast louder for not much money?

Like air filter?

or doing something to exhaust?

I like the sound of the exhaust but you have to rev it hard to make it sound any good!

Air filter wouldn't make the exhaust sound much louder, it will make your engine sound a bit more gruntier.

Get a custom one built. Should be cheap as its just a bit of piping with flanges Induction kit will make better sound but it will be engine roar. Induction kit is what i would do to add to sound cheapest tbh.

I'm sure i've heard of a few people getting decats, but they have only cost about £30 to make the pipe, didn't think they were that expensive.

For that price of the one on envy you could get a s/s manifold.

decat combined with manifold will make it crazy :D i have a full system on mine fujjitsubo exhaust s/s envy sports cat through to megan racing manifold and ask any one who has heard it or has same set up, sounds the nuts, priced high in some peoples opinion but you pay for quality and it is top

Powerflow quoted me 200 for custom exhuast so still on the high end!

My mate had his cat chopped out for 10 quid :P

You could always cut the pipe just before the box that way it will be twice as loud :P

ONLY JOKING , thats what i did to my scooter, till i realised i lost 10mph out of the 50 i was getting before, NOOO! lol

airfilter would be ur cheapest mod unless you can find a decat pipe around your budget, or you could save up for a manifold and give it the rally car sound, which i would choose because it makes me do unspeakable things in me pants when i hear it

Keep your eye out on eBay, theres often cheap exhaust parts on there

Found a cheap decat off Si on here!

I am now ringing round to see who will fit it cheapest so far is 50 quid!

no idea if that is good :S
