Mk3 Parts On A Mk2?

Anyone know if the hilux pickup mk3 wings will go onto a mk2 and if so what work would be involved, changing grill and lights e.c.t

Ive just had a look on Roughtrax site and they are different part numbers for the Mk2 and Mk3 front wings so its not looking hopefull

I know the wings would be diffrent because the arches are totally diffrent but im not sure if you could change both wings, headlights and grill to make it work? Not sure who to ask!?

As with a lot of cars e.c.t they do a facelift and change the front wings, grill and lights to make them look more modern before totaly re-desigining. Not sure if the mk2 and mk3 is kind of the same princable. I do know that the chassi is exactly the same for both.

Even if the brackets are in different places I would imagine that it is a simple case of getting new ones made and welded on.

I doubt that Toyota would change that much like you say, the hardest part would be to get the rear part to match as the buck is very expensive and I dont think that mk3 rear panels are available yet :(

You need to have a look at a naked mk3, pity you dont live near me as mines stripped down. Unfortunately I dont have a working digital camera :(
