hello all, nice site u got here..

anyway, at the moment i have a ford streetka, which i hope to sell sometime next week, so i'm lookin at a t-sport, i found a nice 02 Plate example in red with 24k on the clock... so i am tempted..

only a few things i want to know...

as i love my sound system, i have a nice Pioneer headunit to go in, is it right the face plate is available from toyota?? is there a part number?

also would i be able to fit 2 12" subs in a boot of a yaris?

and one more lol.. what size are the factory Speakers? 13cm is it?

Went from a GLS to a T-Sport n loved it.

Head Unit goes in from the back, pretty sure there's a guide on here somewhere. All you'll prob need is a wiring adapter.

Ive currently got one 12" in the back but theres room 4 more and I think the front Speakers are 13cms

ah ha, just nosing around the site and there is a toyota adaptor :) looks like i need a Rav4 plate and the trim from toyota.. job done :) lol

Yeah but until you buy that you can put it in where the coin slot is below the existing stereo like this:

Door Speakers are 17cm (need an adapter so they fit properly) and the dash ones are 10cm! I know this for a fact as just changed mine mate! Yeah you can get 2 12" subs in the back as rear seats move forward making boot prob bigger than in fiesta! With them fully back should fit also if they well positioned!

there's 2 ways of fitting headunits, take a look at the stickies on the main yaris page look for 'how to guides'

with 2 12" subs you won't have much room, but you can fit them.

dash Speakers are 10cm

doors are 17cm although 13's will fit aswell, you can either buy and adaptor or make your own out of MDF.

the boot should fit two, but will have no room for anything else

go for the t sport ive had 4 yaris's 3 tsports selling one at the minute to create a track beast, its a 52 plate with 25k on tinted windows immac condition and i want just 5500 for it cause i need rid of it owning 2 cars is costly :P

ok good news, my T-Sport arrives next week :) i'll snap a pic or 2 once its here, i got to go order my dash kit now for my stereo :P lol

just to be sure, an 02 plate would be a phase 1 am i right?
