As a prospective Prius owner, I am assessing the car features and all your comments before going for a test drive.

One of our requirements is a long flat loading bay. Could one of you kindly me tell me the length (in cms) from the tailgate to the rear of the front seats. We will need to regularly load items 182cm long x 62 cm wide x 7 cm high. Will they fit?

Your help appreciated.

Many thanks Braindead. They should fit nicely.

If you could start all over again, would you buy another Prius?

Absolutely, 100%, no doubt.

I've had it well over 2 years and usually would be getting itchy feet for a new car by now but I can't find ANYTHING that would live up to the Prius.

Having said that I quite fancy the new Lexus G450H hybrid saloon but at £40k it's a lottery job I'm afraid :-)

The steering wheel does not have reach adjustment - a possible problem for longer legged drivers?
