What Car Mags Do You Read ?

I don't read books but do read a lot of magazines of different type. Just wondered what car mags all you guys (n gals) read, if any ?

Let me start:

- EVO,

- GT Purely Porsche

- 911 and Porsche World,

- Performance VW (although not every month)

Don't really have any interest in mags that do a lot of normal cars as I prefer to read about cars that I would buy or can aspire to buying.

Right over to you

I don't have the time or money to read many magazines anymore.

I have a subscription to evo. It really is the best motoring mag out there. The writing is excellent and their photography is always brilliant.

On occasion I buy Autocar and GT Purely Porsche (used to buy every month) and I buy Top Gear mag once a year for their calendar!

Evo - Brilliance on paper! Excellent stories, writing and pictures.

Banzai - Feeds the japanese interest

Sometimes get AutoExpress or WhatCar? if i've read the other to death!

I find J-Juner as boring as hell. It only ever seems to feature 3 key cars - the Supra, Skyline & Scooby. I've lost count of the 'Here's another Supra with insane BHP' features. Yawn.

Banzai at least remains quite varied and occasionally features older/more unique cars.

Banzai .. thought I'd give them a few quid for the TOC Nur 2004 pics :D

It's not the best, but at least it's not semi pron and rubbish cars.

(I'd rather buy Penthouse and Evo than any of the Maxer mags, better women and better cars)

It's also light reading enough to keep next to the bog for those longer moments.

I gave up on the FHM/Loaded/Maxim when I would get the jokes/stories via email three months beforehand. Thier car reviews were limited and the lady pics could be got off the net if I was interested.

JTuner

Banzai

sometimes get maxpower if they have a decent feature on a japanese tuner car and sometimes the occasional copy of EVO again if they have an interesting feature. my dad gets retro cars which he then passes onto me which is cool cos they often feature old jap cars like ae86s, 240zs, starions and skylines
