4e Timing Settings

Heys guys,does anyone have the settings for the timing on the 4e-fte,a diagram would really help,i just finished some work on my engine and i need to fit my new timing belt but i forgot to mark it up before i took off the old one,how dumb am i..

If I recall correctly, there's a timing mark on the camshaft pulley marked 4E ( there's also a 5E one on it too ) . These line up with a dimple in the engine block.

The 5E manual might shed a bit more light on it.
