I know the Elise is a great track weapon, but I've have thought the 4wd, lightness and sheer grip would have ment the Bug would leave him.

But then, £800k on a car, I'd not wanna damage it.

Yeah, just looked like he was taking it easy in the corners then only pushing it when he had a big straight in front of him, it was incredible at the end

cant really compare a Veyron to an elise.....totally different ends of the scale in Cost, power and handling.

plus, the guy could have just been running it in..... :)

I thiought that some of the Lotuses have the Celica T Sport engine in them. Might be wrong :S

Elise 111R and Exige have the 189bhp 1.8 VVTLi engine from the Celica and Corolla T-Sports. Then ther'es the 240R and Exige S which have that engine... supercharged!
