Gen 6 Bumper Removal

Apologies if this has been asked before (I have had a very good look). I am trying to take out my headlamps and need to remove the front bumper. However, without a trusty Haynes I am a little lost. Can somebody breifly instruct me on how to do this, nothing too detailed, just the bolt possitions and any other important info I may not know.

dont know if the gt4 bumper is fixed the same way as the gt tho
