i'm sure someone asked this on another forum, maybe the celica club, and I think the answer was don't fit one unless you do a lot of track days.

Don't know much about them but I wouldn't have thought they would do too much for performance

it wont be very useful on a 1.3 yaris to be honest...

it is, after all, just a thermostat...

When I asked a while back a mechanic said not to bother - his point being that my car was used for day to day and the benefit wouldnt be noticeable or tangible...
