Gt-four Security

Hi all,

A question to those of us who are blessed with an ST205: do you worry much about it getting nicked?

Where I live, the Impreza is the vehicle of choice for a !Removed! doing a robbery. Apparently, it's not uncommon to be woken in the middle of the night by a bloke with a baseball bat, wanting the keys to your Scooby so that he can go about his business at a reasonable rate of knots. Now, I would imagine that your average !Removed! has probably never even heard of a GT-Four and so you don't have too many problems of that kind, and you don't worry unduly about having it nicked by joyriders, or getting keyed by some jealous urchin.

For those of you that have a 'Four, do you worry much about this kind of thing? Had any problems? I keep thinking about getting one but if I'm always going to be thinking "I hope it's still there" as I walk back to it, I might have to settle for something more sober :(

TIA

Pretty much what you said every scumbag and his mothers dog knows about scoobypoo's, where as the majority of the uneducated masses haven't the foggyest what a GT-Four is.

You rarely see any on the roads, and get lots of puzzeled looks from people wondering if it's just a tarted up GT.

On the downside due to the recent swamping of Import 205 and the huge drop in price that has come with it they are becoming more attainable for the scrotes and hence are starting to become more well known. On the up side I highly dought that they will every get as bad as the scoobypoo, simply because they all just go for them instead of looking what else is avaliable.
