Easy to drive, looks the frigging dags, quite punchy of a ride, easy to run, cheap insurance, decent 0-60 for a 1.5 litre, easy to park, ...only downside is probs cabin noise but u get used to that... and the other thing i've been experiencing a lot lately... is that its sometimes a little indeciseive through turns on a track.

Nah - they're great little cars...

With the standard bridgestones tyres on there is a fair bit of road roar at motorway speeds, but fitting toyos or similar will dramatically reduce that.

You cant go wrong with them mate ... you just cant. (And Im not biased in any way ... ahem)

Great choice pal, as mentioned cheap insurance, decent performance etc.

Only downside is the odd rattle which can easily be sorted and lack of boot space, doesnt bother me too much as I don't need to go shopping.

Superb cars, Jap - says it all. Once you mod them your in for a treat.

They look nice and refershing.

Little girly boy standard but a few cosmetic changes and there well nice.

id slap on some nice 16's anyway and lower it  , but the body would stay the same as i like the looks especially in that silver/grey colour  .

what parts rattles? my fez rattles, has been annoying, even more so when i had to cut my HU out as it is a silly design(cool non the less), but silly if you wanting to change it .

1 more thing, when you change a bulb in the rear lights, do they squeak after you refitted or do they fit back perfectly? i changed my bulbs on my rear lights and the one constantly squeaks(hasnt so much recently) and other fiesta owners says its common or something  , but rather annoying, especially on the motorway.

this is what my fez looked like when i had 17" alloys(standard height) and that was taken at a fiesta(well ford) show sometime last year  , now just looks the same but with the standard 14" steelies

thats also me sitting in side(obviously  ) and also from that pic you will notice my damaged wheel :ffs: , what i got for deciding to park near the kurb rather than looking silly with a foot gap between

EDIT: Cant have my plate showing, so different pic different angle :P , some strange reason this pic cant be posted like the other did  so has to be a link

EDIT 2: this post was meant for my thread in the corolla section :lol: , but theres a pic you yaris owners can mock :P

No such worries from squeaking fromt he lights.

Most of the rattles in the yaris come from the fact that theres only a couple of self tapers holding the dash together - the remainder is all snap and lock plastic connectors. If they're not perfectly aligned they squeak!
