Festoon Light Thingy

Bought one of those interior light bulbs in blue from eBay seller aceparts.

Tried fitting to SR but it is slightly too big? About a centimeter bigger than standard light in there. Any one know if phase 1 / 2 Yaris's have different size bulbs? Or have I been sent the wrong type? I did tell him that I had a 2000 Yaris, I assume I've been sent the wrong size?

The yaris bulbs are smaller !

I had the same problem ....... sent mine back and heard nothing of it, no refund, no response to emails etc :ffs:

Measure your current bulb and go from there

Well as they state that it takes two minutes, it sounds like you've got the wrong size.

Looks like there should be no problem getting it changed.

I had the same issue - sent it back and got two for the hassle - think that I gave the spare to Knightrider?

Heh, yeh, got a reply from the seller, he says I might need the size down.

Think he might be getting tired of me! Sent the first one back because it was white and I wanted blue (I did say but he must have sent the wrong one).

Oh well, will send this one back.
