I have just got my laptop back from being fixed and it wont let me view the video, its just a blank screen with a red x in the top left corner, how do I get rid of it? Cant play poker either!!!!

Sounds like an issue with your internet security / Privacy settings...

In Internet Explorer, 'Tools' 'Internet options'
