MR2vince - cheers mate, yeah I love having an older car now, makes me feel alot prouder to keep her in great shape and condition! Something very satisfying about driving around getting looks from loads of people when the car is an L reg :D love it! Yeah its an ongoing battle to look after them but its so worth it! definatly!

shaf - cheers mate, yeah I thought lightweight is the way forward :D B) the 5zigen exhaust is ace, just had it decatted too so I think it'll pop and bang even more now haven't had a chance to drive her properly yet since its been done :)

and thanks for your comment jerry phipps, very cool of you yeah we have to take care of these beauties, its so strange even when I park her next to my mates escort rs and other cars from the era of our mr2's it makes everything else look so outdated :D fantastic machine! Just gotta look after them, I mean mine is back in at the mechanics this week again but just gotta smile and know its worth it B)

and yes mate your definatly not wrong, it is the 5zigen exhaust :) gorgeous sounding lightweight system you need to get the pics of your motor up.... I keep reading about all the things your doing or getting done but no pics yet :)

yeah I know mate, I nearly got one after your recommendation but then the 5zigen came up for cheap on imoc so couldn't resist, one day the blitz might go on ;) B) Thanks for the comment mate :)

i have pictures of it in the bodyshop, but they aren't pretty. we put the rev5 spoiler onto it and it made the car look black, so its gonna have a respray. not only will i post pics but i will have to come visit you in reading and steal your wheels when i get it back in a few weeks :P:P

im replacing my 5zigen with the hiper muffler. the 5zigen is nice though. might keep it just for a spare.
