Strange Noise From The Engine

I owe corolla from 1994 with 150k miles on the clock. Recently I've notice a strange noise comming from the under the bonnet. This happens when the engine goes from high to low revs and it sounds preaty much metallic. The car had the timing belt done 1.5k miles ago and I was wondering whether that migh be an issue here. Does anybody know what could be causing it and how to fix it? Cheers.

Yeah, the oil indicator says - FULL

Has it been rattling since the belt got done?

Get under there and check for any loose bolts in the belt area, they might not have been tightened properly so worked loose, allowing something to rattle.

if u can hear like a metallic scrapping sound when u take ur foot of the accelerator then its possibly a bearing in ur gearbox... test it out by running the car up to a good speed then press the clutch down and coast for a bit... if u cant hear the metallic sound then its most likely bearings are worn in ur gearbox.
