Which Connects 2 Lead Do I Need

Hi guys,

I've been reading through all of the posts about the Connects 2 lead, and have decided I want to get one so that I can plug my iPod into my T-Sport.

As I understand it there are two possible connects 2 leads (the auxiliary input ones) - VTYX001 and VTYX002.

Which of these will I need? I notice a lot of the forum posts mention the VTYX001.

I have a Phase 1 Yaris T-Sport - am I correct in assuming its just the VTYX001?

Also, I notice that Connects 2 do an iPod controller box - but I can't find a lot of info on this - does any one have one? And likewise the Denison Ice-Link Plus - and where can I get one in the UK!?

001 should do you fine, I was worrying about this too...

Not sure about Controller Box, sorry.

Someone just posted about the Denison Ice-Link thingy - just look down the titles in the forum...I'm pretty sure they linked it.

checking out their site the 001 is for Yaris up to 2004.

002 is for Yarii from 2005 onwards.

Just an update - I've ordered the Connects 2 lead - should get it next week, so should all be good!

Now, I'm looking for an iPod holder - and I've seen the Belkin Tunedok, which fits into a cup holder.

Looks great, and Amazon.co.uk are selling it for just over 7 quid. The only worry is how well it will fit the cup holders in the Yaris.

Does anybody have one to confirm whether it fits well or not?
