just had a stage 3 turbo fitted and aussie dp also removed the aircon and now the car wont tick over right.

checked for error code and have none

checked all hose's for tightness and splits all seem ok

reset ecu

haven't removed the idle up plug for aircon

also under the liquid intercooler is a steel pipe attached to a small rubber piece that i believe goes under the cooler towards the frount of the car and attaches to the metal pipe between the rubber ones after the afm to the turbo ??

any chance of someone takeing a pic of this part for me to make sure i have it right i have a 185 cs atm the pipe in question stick out of the back of the cooler and i have either miss laid a piece of hose or its in the wroung place as the 1" pipe that come of the air inlet to turdo wont reach to the back side.

Think maybe the rubber attachment pipe under the cooler is nipped with the pipe sticking out off the right hand top corner and maybe it should run under cooler towards the steel pipe between rubber hoses after the afm

thks nikkin

Try removing the aircon VSV and the idle up valve. Or just blank off the vacuum hose and disconnect the plugs. It`s totally redundant and may be feeding false info to the ECU.

The metal pipe you`re on about, Is it the one from the rocker cover?? If it is, it does go to the inlet pipe after the AFM. Try re-routing it :thumbsup:
