Need Help With Dump Valve

Hey i got a dump valve or blow off valve as i know it for my st185 gt4.i hooked it up but found out it was stuffing the A/F mixture up and causing the car to detonate.is there any way i could hook it up so it does not do this any help would be appreciated.

not really, it really depends on the dump valve you really need a strong twin piston type, something like an hks ssqv (personal taste)
