Total Cost of games is about $200 but im asking no where near that somone give me like £10 ono for it and its urs!

No offence, and I don't want to be a d*ck or anything, but selling a Steam account (or even giving one away for free) is specifically against the EULA and TOC that you agree to adhere by when you create an account. So anyone buying this could find themselves with a deleted account if Valve were to find out. (i.e. by seeing it on a messageboard.)
