Ac Compressor Replacement Wiring Problem

Hi to all:

Recently on my seo, the ac compressor went down, and I decided to replace it. Since the original one is expensive than a replacement, I took for the second option. I noticed the original one use two sensors, that one of them is used to read the revolutions of the compressor, while the new one has just only a cable to energize the magnet.

What is the real purpose of the sensors, and if there a option to bypass those.

I understand that there’s a way because I saw others cars, using the same seo engine, and the ac compressor is a replacement. Just only the magnet wire is used and the rest of them is not seen.

Please any suggestion will be appreciated

thanks
