I have seen some TNS200 Sat nav discs for sale on eBay. They are fairly cheap and say they are for the TNS200 system - any one know what vehicles they may work in? They are listed on eBay under TNS200 :unsure:

I am hijacking your thread a bit. "The disc will work in Corolla’s, Avensis, Yaris, Rav 4’s etc – basically anything that has TNS 200 sat nav." Says so on eBay.

I was also wondering if the TNS300 Europe map will work in the TNS200 system?

bear in mind, these are likely to be dodgy...

you pays your money, you takes your chances...

Do you know what is the latest refresh of that disc? Mine is from 2001...

I have bought a couple of discs off of eBay for the TNS200 for my Avensis.

All I would say is to message the seller before bidding and confirm that the disc is an original and a copy. As there are a couple of sellers on there that display a photo of the original and will send a copy, they discribe it as a backup version (copy) :rolleyes: .

The convension on the disc version is as follows. if it is shown to be a 00,05 then it is a disc released in May 2000. Where as one displayed as 05,06 would be June 2005. It's year then month :thumbsup: The easiest way to make sure is by the revision number forget rev 1.0 and look for rev 2.2 or newer.

Lastly don't pay over £20 for one as they come up so often you can wait and still get one but for your price.

I have a 2003 map and it does have more knowledge of newer road systems than the 2001 map.

:yes::yes:
