Facia For St 202 1995

Hi all,

I bought an import St202 1995 and I wanted to change the radio. I got a friend to change it for me and he made a absolute dogs bo..ox of it. He shaved the area where the radio goes too much and now nothing will fit there. Does anyone know where I can buy a new facia? I would like to buy an Irish/UK model facia so that it will fit my radio.

I am located in Ireland.

Eh why did he shave it ? Arent all headunits the same size ?(apart form double din) I have an import and i fitted my headunit in twenty mins easy peasy :D lol

Ah. There`s another friendship under threat. Best bet i would think is to sound round the different forums, keep an eye for people breaking 202`s on eBay or failing that. Try TCB HERE

If you fit 2 single dins like myself, then shaving may be needed. I had to shave about 1.5mm off the top to make sure my motorised monitor slides in and out without scraping and struggling ;)

I think he shaved it so that he could slide each unit straight in instead of taking off the dash face I suppose? Realy I don't think you need to shave it. I think eBay is your best bet mate. Look for someone breaking a 6th Gen.
