i have just had to be towed home and the engine was running all the way.

hi right the mods are a alloy catch can ,manual boost controller set at 10psi, a fuel cut defender

It has a ct26 turbo with upgraded internals. It has had the TVIS system removed.

The head has been ported and gasflowed also Group A metal head gasket.

The exhaust has been de catted and is a stright through system with a 5" tail.

no error codes.

ive just beeing out in the rain to have a look and it starts frist time but will not go over 1000 _1500rpm

runs lumpy at the choke is trying to run higher revs but it does not want to rev that high...

i dont know much about gt4s as ive only had it a few months

Stab in the dark time. Find the diagnostic socket. Not sure where its at on the 165. Poss by the passenger side susp turret. Bridge the B+ and Fp connections. This should bypass the fuel pump relay. See if that helps. Again not sure where the FP relay is on the 165. If you have two fuse boxes under the bonnet it`s probably in the one by the alternator. Worth checking that as well.

Logically. If the pump was fubar you`d have no fuel getting through at all. It`s running but not revving. Could be fuel pressure. So perhaps check to see if the fuel pressure regulator is ok. Maybe the vacuum pipe to that has come adrift or split. No real way to check the fuel pressure without a gauge.

Really it could be a number of things. Without proper workshop facilities, gauges and meters etc. It`s just a case of checking all the vacuum pipes for splits/breaks . Making sure everything is connected. Throttle switch connector is worth looking at too.

Sorry i cant be of more help. :(
