Radio Reception

My X-TR was bought October 2005, and I love it - with one exception. I am experiencing frequent and often lengthy radio interference. The places locally where this happens vary somewhat from day to day. This problem did not happen with my previous RAV4, which I had for nearly 7 years.

Is anyone else experiencing this? Solving the problem would be assisted if I knew it was unique to my vehicle.

Hi Vince, Welcome to the forums!

I do get some interference on my radio but it is always in the same area (skirting round the foot of a hill). I am listening to a local radio station, and I suspect their transmitter power isn't all that high. If I tune into the national stations then I don't usually have a problem.
