had a chat with your mates at japshow, is it turbotechnics??? (tho ones you had probs with), i was chatting to him and he then told me that i couldn't rebuild a turbo, as it was a specialist proceadure. what a tard!!! if you can get into the turbo easy (i.e. no ceased bolts) its a 2 min job lol. he was disgusted that i'd done it and was convinced it wasn't possible :P

universal turbos are up the road from me, they tried convincing my mate with a 1.8T audi 150 that he could safely run 300bhp, my ***** double the power on the standard tubby, wizzzzzzzzz pop bang!
